Dale grew up in Jackson, MS and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Coaching and Sports Administration with an emphasis in Athletic Training from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dale’s athletic training career took him from Hattiesburg to Nashville and then back to his hometown in Jackson in 2002. Since 2007, Dale has been serving the state of Mississippi promoting healthy schools for the Department of Education.

Dale is a 20-year resident of Madison County and is married to Marsha Harris Dieckman. They have two young adult children. In his free time, Dale enjoys watching sports, especially baseball, and playing golf.
